How come I can't really smell anything when burning a candle?
We try our best to ensure the best quality candles and while we inspect and test every batch we make, some things are out of our control. Everyone has different sensitivity in senses -- some individuals may be able to smell even the lightest of fragrance while others are unable to pick the scent up. Unfortunately, due to this widely varying range of perception, we cannot create a product that is a one-size-fits-all no matter how much we wish we can.
In addition, the size of the room you are using the candle in will play a big part. If your room is bigger (high ceilings too), then depending on your size of candle, it may or may not fill up the room.
Will you accept my old jars?
We are in the process of researching and creating a recycling program, stay tuned!
